THE HUNGER PROJECT
"If, like me, you enjoy relaxing with a good book and a rich, soul-satisfying cup of coffee, I'm delighted to say I can supply both."
~ Ainslie MacLeod

ABOUT THE COFFEE

Living in the Pacific Northwest, I'm surrounded by coffee. My office is in a busy coffee roastery, on an island that's just a short ferry ride from Seattle. The building itself is the original home of Seattle's Best Coffee.

Being around great coffee all the time gave me the idea of creating my own blends based on my three personal favorites. The results are a deep smoky French roast, an earthy Italian roast, and a full-bodied decaf.
