PSYCHIC GUIDANCE SESSIONS

I offer psychic guidance in one-hour sessions. Each session has a specific focus (described below), but will also allow time for you to ask any questions you have about your life, and receive observations and suggestions from my spirit guides.

Some people find that one session answers all their questions. If you wish, however, to explore the ten elements described in The Instruction, you’ll require Sessions 1-3 described below.

To explore the process described in The Transformation (Sessions 4-6), you will first have to complete Sessions 1-3.

Single Exploratory Sessions are available at any time after Session 1.

Please note that the outlines of the sessions allow for flexibility. If you have pressing or urgent questions about any subject, you can discuss them at any time. There are times when a session will go in an unexpected direction. In all cases, the spirit guides will be acting in your highest interest, giving you what you most need at that moment.

During and after each session, your spirit guides will work with you to help you assimilate the Instruction. It is recommended that you allow at least two weeks between sessions to fully process the information given.

EXPLORING THE INSTRUCTION
If you wish to explore the ten parts of the Instruction described in the book, you’ll require three sessions.

Session 1: DIRECTION
All sessions are one hour
The introductory session will give you clarity about your life’s purpose by exploring who you are and why you’re here. If you have specific questions you want answers to, this is a good time to talk about them. During this session I will help you to:

• Understand your place in the world by revealing your soul age, and how it shapes your beliefs
• Gain self-acceptance by showing how your soul type and influences interact to give you your individuality
• Uncover your life’s purpose by identifying your soul’s missions
• Provide answers to questions you have about your life

Session 2: EMPOWERMENT
All sessions are one hour
In the second session, I’ll show you how to take control of your destiny by overcoming past-life barriers to growth. First, I’ll uncover which of your past-life fears impacts you the most. Then I’ll work with your spirit guides to explore a significant past life or lives on your behalf. I’ll guide you to:

• Confront the past-life fears that impact your present
• Make the important connections between past and present
• Overcome the effects of past-life fears to move into the future with confidence

Session 3: FULFILLMENT
All sessions are one hour
The third and final part of the Instruction will take you deep into the Soul World to show you how to create the life your soul intended. By uncovering your Challenges, Investigations, Desires, Talents, Powers and Paths, you’ll learn how to:

• Maximize your creativity by identifying and engaging your talents
• Avoid distractions by balancing desires; false goals that disrupt your life plan
• Work with your spirit guides to create clear goals, and determine the steps required to achieve them
• Develop genuine spirituality by connecting with your soul and learning to follow its guidance

Exploratory Sessions: UNDERSTANDING
All sessions are one hour
After completing the three parts of the Instruction, you may wish to explore specific aspects of your soul’s past, present or future. My clients have used these sessions to:

• Investigate past lives and karmic relationships
• Gain support in making major life-changing decisions
• Better understand their children and other family members
• Check-in regularly with the Soul World for updates and further guidance

EXPLORING THE TRANSFORMATION
If you wish to explore the three principles described in The Transformation, you will require three sessions.

Session 4: CONNECTION
All sessions are one hour
The first step in Transformation is to connect with your soul and its richly-textured past. This session will take you on a guided regression in which you will draw significant lessons from a past incarnation into the present. Through regression you will learn to:

• Live your life without fear and anxiety
• Break negative patterns of belief or behavior
• Tap into the power of the Collective Consciousness to recognize that all consciousness is connected

Session 5: MOTIVATION
All sessions are one hour
The second step in Transformation is to find the karmic motivation for change in this life. You’ll be shown which motivations can be harnessed to effect healing for both yourself and others. You’ll learn how to:

• Use the awareness that cause and effect are inseparable
• Find specific ways to fulfill your soul’s need to be of service
• Use the impetus that lies within your soul to make major life changes

Session 6: HEALING
All sessions are one hour
The third step in Transformation is to open the door to your soul’s highest and most spiritual values. In doing so, you’ll become an embodiment of transformation, learning to find meaning and fulfillment in your life, and influencing the behavior of others. As you complete the Transformation you will:

• Learn to embody the awareness that all life is sacred
• Act from your soul’s core values at all times
• Become a force for personal and global transformation

What is a Psychic Guidance Session like?
Before calling in my spirit guides, I’ll discuss your specific needs with you. Once I bring in my guides, I’ll use the Instruction or the Transformation as a framework for exploring your soul’s purpose. My spirit guides regard the session as an opportunity for you to have a dialogue with them. They will encourage you to ask questions and discuss issues that come up. The more you’re involved in the process, the more you’ll get out of it.

How many sessions will I need?
For some people, one session is enough to get their life on track. Others are on a voyage of discovery and like to check in with me regularly. Depending on what comes up in the first reading, I may recommend that you schedule a further session once you’ve had an opportunity to process the information you’ve been given. You may be interested to know that over 95-percent of my clients sign up for more than one session. Most go on to have three or more.

Are there any questions you can't answer?
Though my spirit guides have the answers to any questions you might ask, they respect others’ right to privacy. They may sometimes avoid discussions that stray into a third party’s business if it has no bearing on your life plan. Some specific questions can’t be answered directly. The reason is that you have free will, and sometimes having too detailed an answer will interfere with your ability to make your own decisions. In these circumstances, my spirit guides will give you plenty of observations to help point you in the appropriate direction. Please remember that I specialize in helping people to live the life their soul intended. I’m not a detective, a counselor, a doctor or a legal advisor.

My guides offer direction, insight and suggestions. They will never tell you what to do. They begin every sentence to me with the words "We suggest..."

You are encouraged to use your own judgment and not make decisions based on their input if it contradicts your own intuition. (The reason for this is that there's always a possibility of "Chinese whispers" style miscommunication. I once gave a client directions for dealing with a situation. A little later, I advised her to ignore it. I meant that she should not let it disturb her. She took it to mean the guides had changed their minds, and that she shouldn't take any action. The situation was quickly resolved, and no harm done.)

How can I prepare for a session?
You’re welcome to make notes during the session, so please have a notebook handy. You might find it useful to write down specific questions you have beforehand, so you don’t forget anything once the session starts.

Please read the following suggestions before calling for your session:

• During your session, you will be working with your spirit guides. Please take ten minutes to relax before the session to make it easier for your guides to connect with you.
• Write down any questions you have so you can refer to them during the session.
• The sessions are not recorded, but you’re welcome and encouraged to make notes.

Please remember that spirit guides are there, as the name suggests, to guide you, not tell you what to do. You have complete free will. Whether or not you choose to follow their suggestions is purely your choice. Take ten minutes after your session to center yourself before going back into the world.

Is there anything to be afraid of?
My spirit guides are wise and compassionate. They will never tell you anything that’s not in your highest interest to know.

Are you talking with your guides or my guides?
Both. At the start of the session, I allow a minute or so for our respective guides to get "plugged in." During the session, I'll be talking to my guides who are talking to your guides.

Are there ever times you can't work with someone?
There are occasions when my spirit guides will decide that there might be a better time for a session. This is usually due to depression or some other block to receiving the information. If they won't begin a session for any reason, we'll reschedule and try again in a few weeks.
